What You'll Do:
- Work on Continuous Improvement (CI) of production processes and supporting functions.
- Eliminate "waste" and reduce variation for better safety, quality, morale, and cost efficiency.
- Connect employees at all levels to achieve predetermined goals on the work floor.
- Implement proven CI methods such as DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, Simplifications, "Poka Yoke," Visual Management, 5S, and use of checklists, work instructions, and online manuals.
- Ensure local CI projects align with priorities, standards, and expectations set by the Etex Exteriors division.
- Be part of the Etex Exteriors continuous improvement community for sharing best practices.
- Identify and prioritize improvement ideas and translating them into concrete projects or actions.
- Coordinate, lead and implement improvement projects, including Stakeholder and Change management, with a focus on developing scope, implementation plan, and budget in collaboration with involved employees.
What You'll Bring:
- Enthusiasm to learn and proactive approach.
- Experience in similar role.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Analytical skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Lean Six Sigma certificate is a plus.
