Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the cluster maintenance roadmap, driving TPM, digitalization, and spare parts strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of TPM across all plants through a hands-on approach, working directly with factory teams to embed best practices.
- Drive improvements in OEE, equipment reliability, downtime reduction, maintenance costs, safety performance, and overall operational efficiency.
- Lead spare parts optimization and inventory reduction initiatives to improve cash flow, asset availability, and cost performance.
- Develop, standardize, and deploy maintenance strategies, processes, standards, and procedures across the cluster.
- Coach and support local teams in resolving chronic equipment failures, shutdowns, major repairs, asset criticality assessments, and maintenance challenges.
- Standardize and optimize SAP PM and MMS systems, workflows, work orders, reporting processes, and maintenance data quality.
- Lead digital transformation, predictive maintenance, automated reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to modernize maintenance operations.
- Define, monitor, and report key maintenance KPIs, conduct gap analyses, implement improvement plans, and establish governance processes to track progress and results.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in industrial maintenance, with mechanical, electrical, and automation focus.
- Proven track record in TPM, Digitalization Lean Manufacturing, and program management.
- Extensive SAP PM and MMS system experience.
- Change management expertise with experience inspiring behavioral and cultural transformation.
- Very good process and data analytical skills.
- Experience and knowledge on data analysis, problem-solving and solutions development.
- Excellent organization planning skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in direction and/or approach.
- Ability to influence, challenge, and connect across cultures and hierarchy.
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and sites.
