What You'll Do:
- Act as a support for our Plant Business Partner.
- Support the month-end close process by running production order variance settlements, providing cost variance analysis, and presenting monthly plant results.
- Manage and forecast Indirect Plant Costs (IPC) and Overheads, including posting accruals/prepayments and conducting monthly review meetings with forecast holders.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to key personnel, including the development and maintenance of manufacturing and variance reports.
- Assist with maintaining and updating standard costs in the ERP system, including BoMs, routings, and production versions.
- Perform daily reconciliations between production systems (e.g., SFC & SAP) and address discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in and support the internal controls framework to ensure a risk-controlled environment and compliance with audit standards.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of forecasts, reporting packs, and divisional presentation materials.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in reporting processes through automation and technology adoption.
