Cyber Security Product Manager

As Cyber Security Product Manager, you are responsible to guard, develop and maintain the cyber security standards of the group. Together with your cross team/departmental peers, you set and rollout the Cyber Security Roadmap. You will report to the Connectivity and Security Manager. This function of Product Manager includes the following tasks:

•    Managing the SOC and act as an interface between the SOC and the different IT departments.
•    Effectively manage the quality of service provided by our service provider in the area of cyber security. Ensure cyber security objectives and goals are met. 
     Ensure clear communication and SLA / KPI reporting related to provided services.
•    Contribute in building the cyber security roadmap and translate it into technological solutions. 
•    Drive the rollout of the security standards in the area of technology.
•    Chair a Cyber Security Governance Board with focus on, but not limited to Technology and Infrastructure.
•    Investigate new security related technologies and assess how we can leverage them in our environment
•    Be part of the Security Incident Response team (SIR), and act as SIR coordinator. Actively follow up on security incidents and when needed, be the interface
     between the department heads and / or business. 
•    Actively participating in security related reporting with focus on Technology/SOC.
•    Responsible for creating and / or reviewing the needed documentation (Technical, functional and end user) 


•    You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security relevant disciplines. Hands-on experience in cyber security is a plus.
•    You have experience managing an external service provider.
•    You have a broad knowledge and interest in new technologies and can understand their benefits and risks.
•    You have a master’s degree and affinity with technology with a focus on cyber security
•    You have deep cyber security knowledge (best practices, industry solutions,…).
•    You have knowledge on security technologies like EDR, NDR, Cloud, SIEM, Firewalls, Anti-SPAM, Anti-virus, …
•    You have strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with internal and external 
•    You strive to continually improve your skills and abilities and you have “learn-it-all” mentality.
•    You have customer focus and agile mindset to find the right balance between security and user friendliness.
•    You act with integrity and take personal responsibility for outcomes.
•    You ask for feedback and actively listen.
•    Relevant certification is a plus.
•    Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
•    You are prepared to travel as needed.
