What You'll Do:

  • Be part of the finance leadership team at Etex Exteriors and the right hand to the Head of Finance Business Partnering.
  • Responsible for consolidation and reporting of monthly, quarterly and year-end results of the Division.
  • Support the preparation of the Monthly and Quarterly Business Review packages for the Excom.
  • Participate in the groupwide Free Cash Flow initiative by being a core team member.
  • Monitor internal controls within the Division, in collaboration with Internal Audit/Internal Control.
  • Participates to ad hoc analyses (including in S&OP) and projects such as: Idea2Benefit, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures or restructuring.
  • Be a catalyst for stage-gate project management and supports in building of business cases on various Division-level projects.
  • Support the animation of the Exteriors Finance Community through webinars, training and sharing best practices.
  • Support cross-divisional and cross-functional collaboration, including at corporate level.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Several years of Finance background Controller / Financial Analyst in a multinational environment, project management experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and planning skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Cognos, SAP, Analysis for Office, Power BI & very good Excel knowledge.
  • Proactive, focused and structured approach to work, whilst maintaining flexibility to respond to changing circumstances at short notice; results-driven with an analytical, accurate approach, ability to influence and proactively challenge.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, working in a cross functional organisation matrix.
  • Very good verbal, written and communication/presentation skills.
  • English, working level proficiency and another European language would be an asset.
