What You'll Do:
- Manage, motivate and coach the general maintenance team together with the general maintenance team leader and cleaning service team leader.
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity, environment and well-being of employees and/or the work delivered.
- Hold evaluation interviews and ensure employee development.
- Hold responsibility for the general maintenance of the factory buildings, office buildings and areas belonging to the site: sanitary facilities, roofs, painting construction, air conditioning and heating, concrete works, etc. and ensuring that they comply with current standards.
- Organize, coordinate and monitor cooperation with contractors: contracts, toolboxes, follow safety regulations.
- Budget management of general maintenance and facilities.
- SAP management of the AO service: registration of hours, costs, orders and invoices, budget management.
- Administration of inspections by external organizations.
- Hold responsibility for the proper organization of security and reception in collaboration with external parties.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Several years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Good management skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
