What You'll Do:

Service Delivery Management:

• Manage end-to-end operational activities in areas such as Finance, Payroll and future scope expansions in alignment with the long-term strategy of EBS.
• Standardize processes and ensure scalability for enterprise-wide simplification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand service requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance service delivery.
• Implement and copy-paste best practices to drive efficiency gains.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with business units to align service delivery to their strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide consultative support on service-related matters.

Change Management:

• Adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
• Champion agility and flexibility in service delivery.
• Facilitate upskilling initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in Finance.
• Several years of finance related experience, ideally in manufacturing environment.
• High-analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of data related digital tools (e.g.Power BI).
• Fluent English and Dutch.
