About the Role:
As an HR Officer within Etex you will find yourself in an international environment and you will be part of the Belgian HR team. You will act as a point of contact for the various stakeholders and work for our various locations in Belgium. In addition, you are responsible for the preparation and validation of payroll, social legislation, and support in the HR processes during the employee life cycle of our Teammates. We are one HR, a driven team, where we attach great importance to 'connect & care for each other' and collaboration is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Together with your colleagues, you will prepare the payroll and carry out the validation for 1300 workers across our various entities.
- You will handle and manage the processes related to contracts, absenteeism, career breaks, out services, and outplacement taking into account internal policies and social legislation.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners on social legal questions and HR topics.
- You are the SPOC for employees regarding wages, regulations, holidays, work accidents, etc.
- Collaborate on HR projects with diverse stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar HR position is preferred.
- Knowledge of social legislation.
- Good communicator (Nl, Eng) with a positive attitude.
- Strong working knowledge of MS office.
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and prioritisation abilities.
