Join us as Head of Digital Performance to lead our digital growth agenda by driving customer engagement and retention across all digital platforms through data‑driven marketing, SEO excellence, automation and AI‑enabled optimisation.
Reporting to Head of Digital, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced digital performance manager who thrives in complex environments.
Location: KOB, Belgium on hybrid basis
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global digital growth by attracting, engaging, and nurturing customers across all digital platforms.
- Translate strategic priorities into effective digital execution that increases qualified leads, conversions, and commercial impact.
- Lead integrated digital campaigns across SEO, paid media, social, email, and content marketing.
- Oversee performance measurement, defining KPIs and using analytics to optimise campaigns, customer journeys and ROI.
- Strengthen global SEO performance and ensure best‑practice digital visibility across all Etex platforms.
- Embed automation and AI to enhance personalisation, predictive insights and marketing efficiency.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for digital marketing, automation, and AI.
- Support transformation initiatives, including user testing, training, and change adoption.
Key Requirements
- Proven global experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, and customer engagement.
- Strong expertise in SEO, digital campaign management, marketing automation (HubSpot or similar), and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics, Power BI, and Google Analytics to measure and optimise performance.
- Strategic, pragmatic, and hands‑on, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working with detail, data, and performance metrics.
- Able to challenge constructively and collaborate closely with IT and global stakeholders.
- Experience integrating AI for personalisation, predictive insights, and marketing efficiency.
- Ideally, experience leading a team and operating in complex, multi-channel environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English
