This role suits someone with a strong transformation background, ideally with consultancy experience, who can partner with senior leaders, shape digital direction and deliver measurable business impact. You will guide digital strategy, elevate customer experience, and build the capabilities needed for long term digital growth.

 

What you'll do:

  • Partner with commercial and leadership teams to define a clear digital vision and roadmap
  • Translate business priorities into focused digital initiatives that drive growth and long‑term value
  • Manage digital projects end‑to‑end, from defining the strategy through to overseeing development and ensuring successful delivery
  • Design and continuously improve end‑to‑end digital customer journeys with marketing, sales, and customer teams
  • Ensure all digital touchpoints enhance customer experience and support acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a small digital team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and effective collaboration
  • Define success metrics and KPIs to measure digital impact and ROI
  • Use data and insights to guide strategic decisions and prioritise initiatives based on business value and customer impact
  • Lead digital teams, platforms, and partners to ensure strong governance and alignment with IT and business stakeholders
  • Build future‑ready digital capabilities and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

 

What you bring:

  • Proven experience shaping and leading digital strategy as a trusted business partner
  • Strong background in digital transformation, product, program or project leadership in complex environments
  • Experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to motivate, guide, and build capability in a fast‑paste environment
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology and translate needs into actionable digital solutions
  • Proven experience in UX and CX, with the ability to design or guide customer‑centric digital experiences
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, able to prioritise based on business value and data‑driven insights
  • Experience working in matrix organisations and leading cross‑functional teams and partners
  • Strong interest in innovation, automation, and AI, with the ability to assess their practical business impact
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
