What You'll Do:

  • Determine, implement and follow up on the entire welfare policy for the KOB site.
  • Continuously improve the safety performance of the site.
  • Monitor and limit impacts, develop improvement proposals.
  • Raise and increase awareness of the safety and well-being with the aim of striving for a sustainable EH&S policy and optimize it even further.
  • Collaborate closely with your team and various internal departments and external stakeholders.


What You'll Bring:

  • Certificate of the Prevention Advisor level 1.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
  • Several years of relevant experience as a H&S Manager.
  • Critical mind and proactive approach.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good time management skills.
