What You'll Do:

• Drive the oversight of the IT Portfolio and support project management functions within the Etex IT Organization.
• Collect inputs from different divisions and functional streams to drive overall Portfolio & Program discussions.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative methods with development teams to assess portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, Business partners, BPOs, IT Business partners, and Enterprise Architects to execute IT investment strategies.
• Create a comprehensive approach to decision-making considering factors such as risk, resource capacity allocation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support the development of IT investment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar IT Business Partner or IT strategy role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
