What You'll Do:
- Collaborate within PMO but also across the functional and business teams to develop common practices and contribute to the Etex Delivery methodology.
- Establish, standardize, and continuously improve project/portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes (contribute to the Etex Delivery methodology).
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure clear, regular communication and collaboration across PMO, functions, and business teams.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and report status, highlighting time, scope, and budget deviations.
- Manage risks and issues proactively, including change control for scope, schedule, and costs.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders and third‑party vendors to keep projects on track and within budget.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar IT Business Partner or IT strategy role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
