About the role:
Together, we’re shaping the future of construction. Ready to make your impact? Join us as Intelligent Automation Engagement Lead in Kapelle op den Bos (hybrid set up). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and the Intelligent Automation team, managing stakeholder relationships and automation demand intake.
• Identify, assess, challenge, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to support automation and AI initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and opportunity assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to define solution approaches and translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
• Develop and support business cases, value assessments, funding discussions, and ROI calculations for automation investments.
• Define, track, and report business outcomes, benefits realization, productivity gains, cost savings, and overall value delivered.
• Promote adoption and awareness of Intelligent Automation capabilities, including UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Databricks, and AI technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying process optimization opportunities and enhancing demand, portfolio, and value management practices.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor or preferably Master’s degree in relevant area.
• Business Analysis, Agile, Process Improvement, or Automation-related certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in Business Analysis & Process Improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, value assessments, and ROI calculations.
• Ability to promote automation through roadshows, hackathons, or community initiatives.
• Experience supporting Digital Transformation, Automation, or AI initiatives.
