About the role

You will be responsible for the qualification and monitoring of leads from customers interested in our building materials. After analyzing the leads, you dispatch this to the right sales manager and ensure a good follow-up. In this role, you assure a strong customer-oriented focus and you contribute to further develop our business and sales. Your challenge: 

  • You analyze different leads who reach us through different digital channels (website, whatsapp, e-mail, etc) and by phone.
  • You contact our new potential customers and you gather relevant information of the project by supporting them with relevant information and ask specific questions about their building project. Subsequently, you inform our field sales force and guide them in the further follow-up. 
  • You assure a good follow-up of leads through an accurate administration in our CRM system.
  • You do a follow up on sample requests from customers and you coordinate the delivery.
  • You proactively seek for new lead opportunities via different methods of market research.
  • You make reports of the different Lead KPI’s.
  • You will report to the Regional Sales Manager who will coach and guide you in your role. 
     

Your Profile

  • You obtained minimum a bachelor’s degree in f.e. marketing, sales, economics, international business, et.
  • You have preferably 2 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • You preferably possess knowledge of the construction business and the different actors involved or you are willing to learn and gather more knowledge about our market and materials. 
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Italian is a plus. 
  • You have a positive customer-oriented attitude and possess strong communication skills. You have knowledge of different digital communication tools to reach your audience. 
  • You like to be in contact with different external parties and you are not afraid to approach these people proactively and asking the right questions. You are empathetic and you can easily adapt to your interlocutor.
  • You work independently and you are strong in planning and organizing your tasks in an efficient way. 
  • You set priorities and take the appropriate initiatives at the right time. You are decisive, but you also have patience and tenacity to reach your goals. 
  • You are a team player which enables you to work in a constructive and positive way with your colleagues.
