The PMO order to cash processes will be part of the Global Digital Customer Solutions team, based in Belgium, and reporting into the Global Head of Revenue.  The role ensures effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic initiatives and projects within the Order to Cash domain.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Design and maintain the global standard Order to Cash process across order management, delivery, and invoice management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardization efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall O2C strategy and business priorities.
  • Support ERP and automation solutions (e.g., SAP S4, RPA, AI) to streamline O2C workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to align on business needs and service levels.
  • Act as the central communication point between stakeholders (Finance, IT, Operations, Shared Services).
  • Champion O2C best practices and promote adoption of new ways of working.
  • Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks in collaboration with leadership.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Order to Cash or related finance functions in a multinational context.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, with hands-on experience in SAP S4 or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience managing global process standards, service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions and cultures.
  • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is a plus.
  • Experience in facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure a clear understanding of goals and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Agile or transformation project experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
