What You'll Do:

  • Closely follow-up several projects (as assigned by the Head of PMO) with regards to all project performance parameters (earned value, progress, schedule, cost, risk management, etc).
  • Organize Monthly Project Reviews (as chairman), participate in the SteerCo’s as a PMO.
  • Gatekeep the maturity Project Life Cycle.
  • Monthly report on the project status (incl. Executive Report) according to the 5 W’s (Who, What, Where, When, Why) of project communication lines to come to the 5 C’s of professional, executive project governance reporting (Correct, Coherent, Concise, Complete, and Courteous).
  • Support the project managers and core team on the job (mentoring)
  • Raise the bar for ETEX Project Management (maturity).
  • Implementation and pilot testing of new (and continuous improvements of existing) ADEJE Governance & PM Methodologies (processes, procedures, guidelines, plans, check-lists, templates, tools, etc,). 
  • Training, coaching, mentoring and certifying (5X PM Excellence) of Professional Project Managers, Project Owners, Project Sponsors and other Project Stakeholders on ADEJE PM methodologies.
  • Change Management (change attitude and mindset).

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering/Science/Economics or other related fields.
  • Several years of proven experience in hands-on Project Management in a large and/or project oriented SME company.
    PMI© or Prince2© (or equivalent through proven experience).
  • PLANISWARE knowledge (PM/PPM reporting tool) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and hands on attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to change, curiosity.
