What You'll Do:

 

  • Start up, coordinate and follow up on projects and tests in the factory and laboratory.
  • Coordinate the required tests in collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Statistically analyze, process and interpret measurement results from tests.
  • Report the results and translate them into concrete actions and improvement proposals.
  • Discuss these actions with the parties involved and follow up further.
  • Provide process assistance during troubleshooting.
  • Provide advice regarding product and process to factory employees.
  • Manage a team of process employees (3 employees).

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Master's degree in industrial engineering in chemistry or process technology.
  • First experience as a process engineer in a production environment.
  • Fluent of Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work in Excel, knowledge of minitab or other statistical software is an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of statistical analyzes and data processing.
  • Strong focus on safety & quality.
  • Ability to plan and organize yourself well so that you can keep an overview of the various projects.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, drive to continuously improve.
  • Good analytical thinking that enables you to interpret data in a critical and accurate manner.
  • Good communication skills.
