What You'll Do:

  • Provide structured process and technology support for the Fibrecement technology.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by providing advice & ownership of standardization and optimization of processes and products, and establishing actions plans and driving the implementation of those actions. These improvements can target environmental impact, product quality or cost.
  • Ensure the transfer of process development know-how and best practices.
  • Collaborate with all the necessary areas in Etex Group and animate process community.
  • Deliver structured training.
  • Always promote Health & Safety as well as customer centricity.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong technical and process understanding of fiber cement manufacturing.
  • Analytical skills allowing to understand statistics and quality metrics.
  • Structural approach to problem solving and good track record in managing projects.
  • Results-oriented approach to drive process performance improvements to the expectations of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills and is ability to work with many function stakeholders on site and other Etex support functions.
  • Degree in engineering or a related science field (civil, industrial, technical, …).
  • Relevant professional experience in a plant function (production, maintenance, quality …) with preferably some international exposure.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Good understanding of SAP manufacturing modules and other manufacturing digital solution tools and applications.
