What You'll Do:

  • Review and update manufacturing processes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process-related problems.
  • Support start-up of new production lines.
  • Back up local quality and process teams in balancing cost, quality, and market expectations.
  • Champion implementation and sustainment of process improvements and standardization.
  • Define, document, maintain, and update manufacturing process standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized methods and ensure specification conformity.
  • Assess knowledge of local process experts and deliver necessary training.
  • Share good practices and develop the process community across plants.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in engineering or a related science field (civil, industrial, technical, …)
  • Relevant professional experience in a plant function (production, maintenance, quality …) with preferably some international exposure.
  • Strong technical and process understanding of fiber cement manufacturing. 
  • Good analytical skills and ability to understand statistics and quality metrics.
    Structural approach to problem solving and experience in managing projects.
  • Very good written and spoken English, any other major European language is advantageous (French, German, Dutch,…)
  • Good understanding of SAP manufacturing modules and other manufacturing digital solution tools and applications.
