What You'll Do:
- Optimize and sustain the production processes to improve the quality of the finished and intermediate products by using the appropriate analysis techniques, setting up (industrial) tests, evaluating them and developing a systematic approach to the production processes.
- Manage, follow up and report on industrial tests and requests in collaboration with the production and R&D department.
- Manage (statistical) processing and interpretation of data from the tests and additional controls.
- Request product and process releases.
- Support small and medium-sized improvement projects, generate ideas for cost reduction and process improvement, as well as be a role model in the MOC process.
- Ensure sustainable quality and improvement by analyzing QC and process data, by identifying and solving quality problems with raw materials, intermediate products and end products.
- Proactively analyze particular cases in all its aspects (ask and research for additional information and examine your working method in a critical manner).
What You'll Bring:
- A higher degree in engineering (ideally chemical or material engineering).
- Some experience in the field of process engineering.
- Analytical mindset and approach.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Hands-on attitude.
