What You'll Do:

• Contribute to designing, implementing, analyzing and optimizing existing or new production processes and the associated installations and machines within your focus area.
• Detect inefficiencies in the production process, investigate them and implement effective countermeasures.
• Work on 2 levels where on one side you provide support as a pragmatic operational troubleshooter and on the other side you use your technological industry knowledge to have strategic impact.
• Lead the (multidisciplinary) project team from concept to implementation.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in production/process environment.
• Technical expertise.
• Knowledge of LEAN ,6Sigma, TPM, GMP.
• Project management skills.
• Analytical and innovative approach.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
