The core responsibility of the Product Delivery Lead is to oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Web & Portal product portfolio, ensuring seamless integration of the product discovery efforts into the development work and that milestones are met, and teams stay aligned with the broader business goals. This role is part of the Global Digital Team based in Belgium, and reporting to the Global Head of User Experience.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product delivery to ensure the process is effective, efficient, and aligned with both business goals and customer needs.
  • Team up with supplier’s functional leads to ensure the product roadmap is translated into actionable and prioritized user stories balancing technical feasibility with business needs.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, providing input on feasibility, scalability, and integration with other digital products.
  • Effectively communicate around release cycles illustrating business benefits
  • Remove delivery bottlenecks that impact the teams’ efficiency.
  • Monitor and follow-up post-deployment to safeguard a smooth roll-out.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that the final product meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Quickly respond to customer feedback to adjust the product development approach as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product Management (UX team) to understand and help refine the product vision for web and portal solutions and ensure seamless integration of the product discovery efforts into the development work.
  • Act as the main liaison between internal cross-functional teams and the external supplier to align with the broader digital ecosystem roadmap.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Delivery Manager, preferably in web/portal development with CMS such as Optimizely or similar
  • Experience in facilitating communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of goals and deliverables
  • Ability to align product delivery with business goals, stakeholder needs, and customer feedback
  • Understanding of scaled Agile methodologies such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum)
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Product Owner or Scrum Master) is a plus
  • Familiarity with common Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar
  • Familiarity with SAP, LMS, Integrations, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong plus
