Are you ready to shape the digital landscape of Etex? We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our brand websites and customer portals. You'll be the vital link between our commercial-digital BPO organization and IT, offering proactive solutions to elevate business outcomes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business demands into impactful IT solutions, driving business growth.
• Lead product teams and optimize product lifecycle for maximum value.
• Collaborate with development teams, ensuring seamless evolution of the product.
• Take ownership of product documentation and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Leverage your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding best practices.
• Drive project management, from planning to execution and evaluation.
• Uphold safety, environmental, and prevention policies.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in IT Product Management, ideally with a CMS like Optimizely.
• Agile development environment expertise.
• Background in web application development, with UX design understanding.
• Familiarity with Azure Devops, SAP LMS, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Project management prowess with E2E responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting complex web application projects.
• Customer-centric mindset, fostering collaboration with BPO partners.
• Data-driven decision-maker, ensuring objective choices.
