What You'll Do:
- Manage and coordinate building and civil works projects from concept phase to final delivery: "end-to-end" project management.
- Develop feasibility studies and preliminary designs aligned with defined concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the Building & Civil Works Technology Leader during design and planning stages.
- Ensure flawless execution of projects in compliance with current norms, standards, and safety regulations.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Present monthly progress reports to project sponsors and C-level management in steer-co meetings.
What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in in Construction Management / Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering / Design in construction or Structural Design.
- Several years of experience in similar role.
- Excellent project and people management skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
