What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end project processes from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to set concepts and standards.
- Realize creative feasibility studies and preliminary designs in collaboration with Technological Expert Building & Civil Works.
- Ensure flawless project execution, meeting current norms and standards.
- Control and monitor project KPIs to achieve pre-defined success benchmarks.
- Liaise between stakeholders, project teams, and external construction partners.
- Efficiently manage external resources, including soil examiners, land surveyors, utility companies, and local teams, from project initiation to final acceptance.
- Travel 20% to factories.
- Safely deliver projects within approved budgets and quality, meeting milestone thresholds
What you'll bring:
- Passionate about project management and methodologies.
- Effective communicator, openly articulating expectations and risks to the team and stakeholders.
- Actively pursues self-development.
- Fully committed to EHS standards.
- Experience managing projects from initiation to closing.
- Knowledgeable in building construction and civil works.
- Ability to manage technically skilled project team members.
- Holds an Engineering Degree.
- High attention to EHS with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain excellent client relationships.
- Holds a CAPM, Prince 2, or PMP certification (a plus).
- Very good proficiency in English, Dutch, and a reasonable knowledge of French.
