What You'll Do:
- Oversee the entire quality management on the Kapelle op den Bos site (Eternit NV).
- Manage quality in terms of both products and production processes.
- Comply with legal standards.
- Manage complaints.
- Focus on continuous improvement process in both product and process optimization.
- Manage stakeholders (not exhaustive: sales (international), production, after sales, inter company, ITC, manufacturing process, etc.
- Collaborate closely with your team and various internal departments and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
- A relevant engineering degree.
- Several years of experience in quality management in similar industry.
- High-analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Proven people management skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
