What You'll Do:

  • Implement the digitalization roadmap within the Etex R&D and Innovation department.
  • Develop new digital products and services that enhance efficiency and provide competitive advantages.
  • Manage and implement digital projects aimed at improving R&D efficiency, including automation initiatives.
  • Develop AI-based solutions and leverage digital tools to support the creation of new products or services.
  • Act as a digital ambassador by building a community and training path for R&D staff on new digital technologies.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and travel as needed to conduct workshops, deliver training, and attend meetings.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing AI projects.
  • Experience with digital technologies and tools (Python, Azure and Databricks).
  • Demonstrated track record of driving data innovation with a team.
  • Grood project management skills.
  • Knowledge of evolving digital trends.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset, hands on attitude.
