This key role requires a leader with proven expertise in driving regional growth through strategic marketing initiatives. 

 You will oversee marketing teams across multiple countries, aligning local campaigns with global segment strategies while tailoring them to local market demands. Your responsibilities include developing regional strategies, supporting sales efforts through targeted activations, and providing critical business insights to shape divisional strategies. Success in this role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence across diverse cultural and organisational contexts.

 

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement regional strategies by creating tailored marketing plans that support sales growth and business objectives
  • Lead, inspire, and develop regional marketing teams while fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Drive market insights and business intelligence by gathering and analysing data to inform decision making and optimise strategies
  • Enhance brand visibility by executing impactful campaigns in collaboration with global and local teams
  • Collaborate across functions by working closely with Sales, Product Management and other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and effective
  • Measure and optimise performance by tracking campaign success and using data-driven insights to refine strategies
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial accountability for regional marketing activities
