As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving success and coaching our diverse sales teams across Belux, implementing effective sales strategies to foster business growth.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Key Account Management: Act as the commercial focal point for managing the top 25 dealers, overseeing relationships and driving mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Coaching and Guidance: Provide leadership and support to the sales teams in the Belux region, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, constantly refining approaches to adapt to market dynamics.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped market segments to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
  • Pricing Strategy: Take charge of pricing strategies for dealers and projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in the market.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay abreast of market trends by actively participating in national fairs, gathering insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the voice of the customer by effectively communicating their needs to internal departments such as Marketing, after sales, technical, quality, and supply chain, fostering collaborative efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in key account management, showcasing your ability to foster and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • A proven track record as a real people manager, equipped with perseverance to lead and motivate diverse sales teams toward success.
  • Multilingual Proficiency: Exceptional language skills in Dutch, French, and English, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele and internal stakeholders.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret market data, trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills and previous experience in B2B account management and business development within the construction sector.
