What You'll Do:
- Lead all marketing efforts targeting general contractors, prefab builders, and OEM partners in Region North.
- Develop deep audience insights to craft compelling value propositions and marketing strategies across all Etex brands, products, and applications.
- Promote Etex solutions across diverse segments and product types, ensuring consistency regardless of application or market (facade, roofing, interiors); Brand: Cedral, EQUITONE, Eternit, or others; Product type (including facade panels, sidings, slates, corrugated sheets, building boards, interior products, or future innovations); Market segment (residential, multi-residential, commercial, offices, schools, healthcare, agriculture, etc.).
- Leverage technical knowledge and regular customer visits to align marketing initiatives with real-world needs and industrial processes.
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and action plans (digital and offline) tailored to general contractors, prefab builders, and OEMs.
- Translate customer insights into clear and differentiating value propositions that resonate with professional audiences.
- Manage website content, newsletters, social media, SEO, SEA/Google Ads, and other online activities with the central digital team.
- Lead the creation of brochures, POS materials, events, trade shows, and print advertising.
- Define dashboards and KPIs to track marketing performance and ROI.
- Focus on key KPIs such as brand awareness, lead generation, and project pipeline development.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
- Several years of relevant experience in B2B marketing (preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries).
- Strong technical affinity and understanding of industrial processes.
- Willingness to conduct regular customer visits to understand production environments and customer needs.
- Proven experience in product launches and go-to-market strategy execution.
- Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketing.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing performance.
- Demonstrated experience in brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language from the region (Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
