Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end Sales & Ordering Enablement product roadmap.
• Define and contribute to the long-term vision for customer ordering and transaction management capabilities.
• Translate business strategy into product initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate commercial transaction processes.
• Collect, challenge, consolidate, and prioritize business requirements across divisions and stakeholders.
• Drive harmonization of sales and ordering processes while balancing local needs with enterprise-wide scalability.
• Lead the delivery and evolution of key capabilities such as touchless ordering, order management, Order-to-Cash, customer self-service, EDI, and digital ordering channels.
• Ensure solutions adhere to clean core principles, scalable architecture, and long-term operational efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP specialists, integration experts, engineers, process analysts, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Build strong relationships with commercial, digital, and executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning them around shared business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP SD experience with deep functional and technical expertise across order intake, sales order management, ATP, delivery, billing, complaints, and returns.
• Strong SAP SD configuration knowledge with the ability to analyze custom developments, user exits, BADIs, and ABAP logic.
• Extensive experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, customer portals, EDI providers, APIs/OData, IDocs, and middleware platforms.
• Proven ability to design scalable, clean-core SAP architectures that support digital channels and high-volume transaction processing.
• Strong automation expertise, including touchless ordering, EDI, and end-to-end commercial transaction process optimization.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, including reverse-engineering existing solutions, root cause analysis, debugging, and data model understanding across SAP and connected platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across business, IT, and senior leadership teams.
• Experience working in international, matrix organizations, ideally with exposure to B2B sales processes, customer journey management, and SAP Commerce Cloud.
