About the role

We are looking to appoint Senior Network Product Manager to join our IT Technology Team in Belgium.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the network services across the organisation.

 

What you’ll do

  • Development and execute of Network Service Roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Architecture Board to architect and design the Etex Network Landscape
  • Define Network product and service related standards in order to enhance service performance and user experience
  • Accountable for the new Network service adoption
  • Management of external and internal Network service providers. Ensures that performance meets the requirements of SLA/OLA. Coaches staff (internal and/or external) responsible for delivering the service.
  • Manage the approved budget for operating the Network service
  • Serves as the point of escalation for major incidents
  • Be responsible for Continual Service Improvement
  • Responsible for project delivery

 

 

About you

We are looking for an IT professional who continuously challenges the status quo, is a great team player and thrives in a multicultural environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with product ownership and coordination of third-party Service Providers, including SLA management
  • Demonstrated experience with Network Architecture and Design
  • Analytical skills and the ability to motivate and drive common solutions
  • Project Management skills
  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Ability to challenge business requests and translate them into technical concept
  • Be an open communicator and willing to share knowledge with others.
  • Good problem & change management skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Affinity with the modern security concepts
  • Technical skills specific to network and Azure cloud:
    • Routing and switching
    • WiFi
    • BGP knowledge
    • Azure cloud networking (and not only)
    • DNS and certificates
    • Fortinet suite knowledge
    • IPSEC/SSL VPN technology
