What You'll Do:

  • Ensure alignment with the overall supply chain strategy and define supply chain vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Translate S&OP into S&OE and execute the plan, validating and managing exceptions when required.
  • Lead resource allocation, talent management, and capability building across the supply planning team.
  • Deliver measurable value to the business and meet customer expectations through effective supply chain activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and performance excellence by enhancing supply chain approaches and strategies.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify gaps, and track progress and value generation.
  • Analyze and improve business processes to create sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
  • Create reports and strategic recommendations for the Head of Supply Chain while maintaining deep customer understanding to deliver value‑adding solutions.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant by the experience.
  • Extensive experience in similar role in a manufacturing industry.
  • Several years of people management experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain performance metrics and their link to P&L, balance sheet, and working capital.
  • Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and tools.
  • Project management and change management skills.
  • Experience in data analysis, problem‑solving, and developing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, improvement oriented mindset.
