What You'll Do:
- Define and own the IT strategy, roadmap, and functional architecture for Sales, Commercial Excellence, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Act as IT owner for all sales and O2C platforms, including CRM, CPQ, pricing, contract management, e-commerce, order processing, billing, and analytics solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT product managers, ensuring effective demand intake, prioritization, delivery, and achievement of KPIs.
- Translate business ambitions and strategic goals into scalable, value-driven IT solutions and delivery plans.
- Serve as the primary interface between IT and Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics stakeholders.
- Oversee the delivery of complex programs, rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and transformations using standard project management methodologies.
- Facilitate business process mapping, requirements definition, and solution design to optimize commercial and O2C workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration across CRM, ERP, and front- and back-office systems to enable efficient and compliant O2C execution.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital innovation, system performance transparency, and smooth transition from project delivery to support and operations.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong functional expertise in CRM, customer service, and end-to-end sales processes, including pricing and order management.
- Solid background in CRM and ERP processes, with hands-on experience or deep knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP ERP.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted partner to senior sales and commercial excellence stakeholders, translating business priorities into actionable IT plans with value and adoption tracking.
- Experience leading and developing diverse, virtual teams, including people management, capacity and capability planning, and budget ownership.
- Demonstrated success in managing external delivery partners, including offshore teams, for both run operations and new solution development.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and best practices in demand intake, project and platform management.
- Ability to convert business needs into clear IT roadmaps, supported by effective backlog management, KPI tracking, and knowledge documentation.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication, and business partnering skills, with awareness of architecture alignment, TCO, and regulatory requirements.
