The Part-Time Manufacturing Administrative Assistant is a critical role for the operation of the manufacturing department. This position ensures efficient communication and coordination throughout the manufacturing process by liaising with Production, Logistics, Safety, and Quality Control.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a central point of contact between different departments within the manufacturing team, and facilitate effective communication to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about production schedules, changes, and updates.
  • Provide administrative support for manufacturing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Monitor the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate parties, and act as the point of contact for any client or customer queries.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or equivalent role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to priotitise tasks without direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
  • Experience within Manufacturing is preferred but not required.
