The Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of the factory team and focuses on upholding a high standard for quality and EHS (environment, health & safety).

What you’ll do:

• Direct and delegate workload for the team, ensuring all daily and weekly objectives are met.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure all products are in line with established Quality Procedures.
• Authorise completed check sheets and stillage sheets for dispatch.
• Conduct end-of-shift checks, to include maintenance of equipment, a survey of work completed vs. yet to action, and ensuring all EHS standards are maintained.
• As a designated key holder, uphold the safety and security at the factory.
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Secondary vocational education or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable leadership and supervisory experience in a similar field or environment.
• Experience working within the manufacturing or construction industry.
