As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of commercial administration, procurement, valuation, and cost control activities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What you’ll do:

  • subcontract procurement, including preparation of order documentation
  • Processing subcontractor payment requests and issuing relevant notices
  • Measuring progress and submitting valuations
  • Preparing and agreeing final accounts
  • Monitoring timely receipt of payments
  • Managing change control and costing of variations
  • Raising purchase orders within budget allowances
  • Day-to-day cost control, monitoring, and reporting
  • Contract administration, ensuring compliance with specifications and conditions
  • Preparing monthly cost/valuation reports and project cash flow forecasts
  • Attending project and company-related meetings
  • Raising purchase orders

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Senior level Quantity Surveying role, within construction
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
