What you’ll do

- Develop a strategy and cycle to return product waste from our customers to our plants 
- Generate ideas for reuse of reclaimed materials for other industries or products   
- Identify customer requirements related to sustainability and develop a roadmap for products and services
- Work closely with product management to transform the technical aspects of solutions into go-to-market strategies and deliverables
- Build business cases to improve sustainability in the URSA product portfolio 
- Proactively inform on local and European regulations as well as advances and new technologies related to circular economy 
- Work closely with the URSA-wide team of experts
- Form interdisciplinary teams to identify problems and find solutions
- Follow up on project progress and provide regular data analysis 
- Regular reporting to the management 

What you’ll bring:

- Completed university degree in marketing, engineering, business administration with a technical focus or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position 
- Experience in project management as well as business model development and design
- Proficient handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Assertiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving thinking skills
