The mission of the role is to optimize and innovate HR processes by leveraging technology. This includes implementing and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, developing efficient tools, and adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
What you'll do
- Optimize and automate HR processes
- Develop and/or implement technological solutions for HR under the umbrella of the technology roadmap
- Manage the availability and continuous improvement of HR systems
- Manage and monitor technological projects through the diagnosis and analysis of technological needs that complement and expand the HR technology roadmap
- Train the HR team in the use of technological tools.
What you'll bring
- University degree or equivalent of the same working experience is acceptable.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Experience implementing and supporting HR technologies, as well as in analysis, design, implementation, support and maintenance of systems, applications and IT services.
- Proven ability to deliver large scale organisational change projects
- Experience implementing impactful corporative analytics
- Manage lowcode and nocode tools as power BI, power automate and power apps and Advanced excel knowledge. (Power app, Power Automate, Power BI)
- experience generating systems integration.
