Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Producción para nuestra planta en Malargüe, con foco en la coordinación operativa, gestión de indicadores y liderazgo de equipos.
What you'll do
🛠️ Principales responsabilidades:
- Coordinar las tareas diarias del personal operativo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos productivos y alineándose con los valores de la compañía.
- Gestionar los recursos humanos del área, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
- Monitorear y gestionar KPI’s técnicos, aplicando herramientas de mejora continua como CPM, 5S y TPM.
- Supervisar actividades de mantenimiento correctivo durante la operación, garantizando la disponibilidad de equipos e instalaciones.
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones desde el punto de vista del proceso, cumpliendo con el plan de productividad.
- Realizar reuniones de EHS con el equipo, asegurando la evaluación de riesgos y permisos de trabajo necesarios para cumplir con los objetivos de H&S.
What you'll bring
Requisitos:
- Formación en Ingeniería Química o carreras técnicas afines.
- Experiencia liderando equipos en industrias (mínimo 3 años).
- Manejo de Office, SAP (preferente) y Power BI.
- Inglés técnico (deseable), normas ISO, licencia clase B (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos y residencia en Mendoza (valorable).
