About the role:
As Area Sales Manager SkamoWall, you will be a hands-on, front-line driver of our growth on the Swedish market - not a manager of people, but a proactive business developer focused on winning new customers and creating tangible value.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with contractors, installers, dealers, distributors, and architects in the construction industry. You will actively manage your sales pipeline, organize trainings and product demonstrations, and act as the direct touchpoint for both technical and commercial topics.

 

Your focus:

  • Acquiring and developing new B2B customers in the building materials sector
  • Expanding your market network (ideally, you bring an established network of contacts among installers, contractors, technical distributors or architects in Sweden)
  • Visiting construction sites, partners and distributors ~3–4 days per week (approx. 70+ days travel per year)
  • Conducting hands-on trainings and technical workshops for craftsmen and installers—sometimes physically mounting wall elements yourself to demonstrate
  • Advising on solutions and supporting customers in the prescription and implementation of SkamoWall insulation
  • Promoting our technical insulation systems to ensure they are specified in relevant building projects.No direct reports - this is an individual contributor, not a leadership/team management role. You will own your market and your agenda.

 

Your profile:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials, technical insulation, or solutions sales in the construction sector
  • Hunter mentality – you enjoy winning new clients, breaking into new accounts, and developing your own territory
  • Hands-on approach: comfortable visiting job sites, giving in-person demos, and being the technical point of contact
  • Deep knowledge of the Swedish construction industry, with a strong existing network among dealers, architects, or installers a big advantage
  • Experience working with CRM; analytical and result-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written), Swedish/Nordic languages an asset
  • Valid driving license is essential

 

Location:
Preferably based in southern or central Sweden
Hybrid: regular field work/travel, home office for admin and planning
