Business Analyst

Summary

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and commercial strategy. In this role, you’ll partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance teams to deliver insights that drive performance, shape decision‑making, and support growth.

You’ll build financial models, analyse trends, forecast outcomes, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. If you’re someone who loves solving problems, influencing stakeholders, and making an impact, this role offers the perfect platform.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with commercial teams and the Commercial Finance Manager to understand analytical needs and deliver insights on time
• Provide accurate, data‑driven analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
• Work cross‑functionally with commercial, finance, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver projects and shared objectives
• Analyse revenue, margins, and profitability, presenting insights in clear, agreed‑upon formats
• Support monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
• Provide meaningful commentary that highlights risks, opportunities, and trends
• Support annual sales budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles
• Build scenario models to evaluate performance under different business conditions
• Provide financial input for new product launches, monthly results, and commercial initiatives

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, CA) preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong quantitative and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• 3 years in finance, commercial analysis, or business analytics
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and adaptability
