The Data Administrator will provide high quality data management support to the Technical and Marketing departments. This role supports the digital transformation of technical support and information. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office and the remaining from home.
What you’ll do:
- Enter, coordinate, maintain, and validate all technical data and content for our tools that support customers and colleagues.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various systems, including internal, external, third-party tools, databases, and platforms.
- Adhere to compliance regulations and support in project delivery in line with Technical and Marketing digital roadmap and plans.
- Provide customer support by answering questions through email and phone.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar data entry, data management, administrative role or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Strong Microsoft Office understanding and experience using multiple databases and systems.
- Customer service mindset and collaborative attitude.
