Shift: 12 hour shifts on Days

Salary: £13.37/hr

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work in the Manual Spray Line, to include loading Rockwool batts, applying fire-protective coating using manual spray equipment, loading onto drying racks, placing in the oven, then spraying the reverse side.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the manual spray area in line with safety and quality procedures.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines under the supervision of the Lead Operator.
  • Accurately record production/process data and support minimal downtime by monitoring process flow.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, procurement, sales and EHS colleagues to help optimise workflow and maintain compliance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Spray or Pneumatic Pump experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, good communication, and strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work shift patterns.
