In this part-time role (30–35 hours per week), you’ll lead marketing communications for FSI Promat in the UK, owning multi-channel campaigns, driving demand generation and ensuring our internal teams and external customers receive clear, timely and impactful messages about our products, testing and innovations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead multi‑channel external marketing campaigns (PR, social media, email, PPC, content and webinars) to support product launches, key segments and digital tools.
- Translate technical products and testing information into clear, customer‑focused communications for both internal teams and external audiences.
- Manage external agencies to deliver creative, PR and digital campaigns on time, within budget and aligned to KPIs and CRM tracking.
- Own internal communications related to testing updates, product performance and key business news for commercial teams.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA, CRM, Excel) and optimise activity based on insights.
- Support sustainability storytelling for the Promat Clear Change initiative and produce marketing collateral and events that enable the commercial team.
- Provide line management to the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring clarity of objectives, development and alignment with business priorities.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree or qualification in Business or Marketing.
- Significant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Competence using Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software.
- Ability to understand technical business aspects.
- Experience managing social media channels, paid media campaigns (Social + SEA) and basic understanding of Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage varied projects.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed (typically twice a month to Measham).
Nice to Have:
- People management experience.
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Content Management System platforms for website updates.
- Member of a professional marketing body (e.g., Chartered Institute of Marketing).
