The Marketing Coordinator ensures the day-to-day coordination of marketing activities is completed efficiently and effectively. The role covers various elements of marketing communications including content creation, digital, advertising, events, project management, and sales support requests for the FSi Promat brand.
The role can offer hybrid working or remote working with travel to Measham office required 2x/month.
We are open to both full-time or part-time flexibility (minimum of 30 hours/week).
What you’ll do:
- Manage and create content for digital platforms, including social media channels, websites, and email marketing.
- Manage literature content, to include copywriting and proofreading technical and commercial collateral (websites, brochures, and presentations).
- Coordinate the roll-out of new digital initiatives (collaborating with key departments for data management, content, and implementation).
- Event management (promotion, merchandise, display materials, risk assessment collation, transport, planning, etc.).
- Manage general administration duties such as budgeting, membership & subscription renewals, stock of promotional items.
What you’ll bring:
- Marketing or business administration degree or equivalent experience in a marketing apprenticeship or role.
- Demonstrable experience creating for digital marketing platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, and website management.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors or agencies.
- CIM qualification is advantageous but not required.
