Etex are seeking a Project Manager to join the FSi Team, based in Measham!

What you’ll do:

The Project Manager will have a specific focus on the technical direction of the FSi business relating to fire testing, development and certification of products and systems.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  •  Ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the scoping of projects
  • Supporting preparation of specifications within the technical team
  • Document and coordinate change to scope, cost, schedule, or quality across the entire programme/project.
  • Attend all project forums/meetings to advance testing plans
  • Communication of key decisions, updated approvals, and product performance
  • Ensure that the team and stakeholders are informed and kept up to date on
  • Be responsible for the accurate management of the FSi testing and certification budget
  • Take responsibility for tracking all approved projects from start to finish
  • To consider the impact of scope changes on all stakeholders and addressing concerns and benefits accordingly

 

What you’ll bring:

  • You will be an excellent team player, but also easily comfortable with independent working and generating positive relationships within an international business setting
  • You will be proficient in the use of MS Software, and auto-cad
  • You can demonstrate experience in the construction industry
  • You will have a proven background in fire protection industry
  • You will be a good communicator and will have the ability to deal with key stakeholders at all levels
  • You will have strong analysis skills
  • You will have experience of implementing and operating an automated monitoring and reporting (AMR) software system

It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:

  • A degree level education and a strong mathematical capability
  • Project Management qualifications
