Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for delivery of FSi Research development and regulation goals, including but not limited too capturing ideas and innovations, measuring projects against KPIs. Managment of the R&D laboratory and ensuring that FSi/Promat remain compliant across the range of systems and products manufactured.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Act as a key interface between production, commercial, marketing and technical teams
  • Conduct Audit testing
  • Reporting and presenting data to key stakeholders
  • Delivery of FSi R&D and regulation goals
  • Measuring projects against KPIS
  • Managing the R&D Laboratory
  • Strong focus on Health and Safety

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working within a laboratory environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Methodical approach
  • Degree level qualification in Chemistry
  • Manufacturing experience would be advantageous
