Etex have an exciting opportunity for a CMMS Stores Controller to join the FSi team!

What you’ll do:

Reporting into the Engineering Manager, and working with the Engineering Team, the CMMS Stores Controller will be responsible for…

  • CMMS development and data input
  • Dealing with all MRO processes
  • Delivering a modern MRO Strategy
  • Monitoring the Asset Value of Stores, and Stock accuracy of the Stores
  • Performing a variety of complex tasks and guiding a team in the performance of a variety of routine tasks
  • Auditing and processing Stores KPIs and Process, including Stores Stock Compliance, and Spare Parts booking
  • Supervising internal audits
  • Gathering and inputting asset information in line with the current asset designation system
  • Using experience, documentation, and engineering support to develop and input maintenance checks and routines
  • Regularly reviewing and amending frequency of maintenance checks in line with engineering advice
  • Managing 100% stock check compliance in a collaborative manner
  • Challenging and coaching the team to adhere to booking out procedure to ensure accurate inventory control
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure define or challenge products/serves specifications
  • Any other task commensurate with this post

 

What you’ll bring:

  • GCSE Level or equivalent (A-C Maths and English)
  • Strong knowledge of local industry and suppliers
  • Technical background and plant knowledge to be able to receive and order goods
  • Experience of managing a stores environment
  • Experience of using a CMMS
  • Good computer and numerical skills

It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:

  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • NVQ in an Engineering related discipline
